- Yes. Cancel any time and any unused tune-ups within the membership year are pro-rated and refunded. No long-term contracts.
- Do you cover multiple systems on one membership?
- Yes. Comfort Club and Whole Home tiers let you add additional systems at a discounted rate. Ask when you join.
- What if I have to use my membership in the first month?
- Member discounts and priority dispatch activate the day you sign up. We won't ask you to wait through a probationary period to use what you've already paid for.
- Is the membership transferable if I sell my home?
- Remaining tune-ups and member pricing transfer with the home if you sell — a real value-add when listing the property.
