A&E Heating did a fantastic job on our new furnace & ac. We had a couple different contractors in the Ham Lake area give us estimates. A&E wasn't the cheapest but we felt they had the best customer service out of the other companies. We are very satisfied with our decision.

Shane and Jeff (I think his name is). They were transparent and effective with communication. Were willing to come out late in the evening. Professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I am truly grateful for them helping my family and I. If your like me, an average joe in the HVAC space but run into and issue and need trusted professionals that care, I genuinely think you would do yourself a disservice by choosing anyone else.

A and E Heating and Cooling was great! They were prompt, neat, knowledgeable, made sure we knew how to work the new thermostat, and were professional. We used them through CenterPoint Energy….so pricing was through them.

Jeff called and asked what time worked ,showed up exactly when he said he would and fixed the issue quickly!

One of the best experiences I've ever had. Quick, clean and super respectful. Also provided me with all the info I needed for my new boiler.

A&E Heating and Cooling is an amazing company and I would recommend them highly to anyone! Very professional and knowledgeable. Extremely accommodating, efficient, and eager to help! We had a new boiler install and the pilot light went out on our water heater that was next to it. I called A&E and they personally came out after hours and lit our pilot light back on so we had hot water again. Seriously can’t recommend enough!

Jeff and Matt came by and were excellent, answered all my questions on everything that was installed and did a great job!

Shane, Aaron, Ethan, and Dave (the electrician) replaced my antique boiler recently. I am thrilled with the workmanship and quality. They graciously answered all my questions, and were so friendly! It took less than a full day, and they left my basement cleaner than it was before! I appreciated Shane's experience, since my house is quite old (late 1800s). I highly recommend this team for any AC/Heating work in your home.

I had a split unit installed at my home. The guys did a great job!! They arrived on time, were polite and cordial. They even got along great with my dog and my dog is a great judge of character.

We needed a new furnace and were likely going to need a new A/C in in the very near future. We called a few companies to give us bids on both, and Jeff with A&E stood out from the rest, with great information, honest feedback and extremely fair pricing! A&E worked with us to get both our furnace and A/C replaced, did an amazing job with the install, went above and beyond to add more vents in our basement and took extra care cleaning up before they left.
